These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Gîte du Vieux Moulin, managed by Jurgen Vogels.

By confirming a reservation, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment

• A booking is confirmed once the payment or deposit has been received.
• Full payment must be made prior to arrival.
• Prices include accommodation. Cleaning and utilities are charged separately.

2. Cancellation Policy

• If you are unable to travel on the booked dates, you may, in consultation with us, reschedule your stay to other available dates.
• No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.

3. Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit of 1000 euros is required.
• The deposit will be returned after check-out, provided no damages, excessive cleaning, or missing items are found.

4. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: from 16:00
• Check-out: before 10:00
• Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

5. Guest Responsibilities

• The lead guest must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for the conduct of all occupants.
• Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
• The property must be used solely for residential purposes.
• Parties, events, or commercial activities are not permitted.
• Guests must comply with all local laws, noise regulations, and community rules.

6. Damage & Loss

• Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to the property or its contents during their stay.
• Any damage must be reported immediately.
• Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.

7. Liability

Gîte du Vieux Moulin is not liable for accidents, injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings during your stay.
We cannot be held responsible for temporary interruptions of utilities (electricity, water, internet) or other services beyond our control.

8. Force Majeure

Gîte du Vieux Moulin is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or extreme weather events.

9. Data Protection

Personal data collected during the booking and check-in process is used solely for administrative and legal purposes, in compliance with GDPR and applicable local data protection laws.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Belgium.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Namur, Belgium.

Agreement

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
